European Union Food Safety Regulatory Control Program Analysis

Compared with the European Union,China's food safe regulatory control procedured at the initial stage,in order to draw EU's advanced experience in food safety regulatory control procedured to establish a more scientific and efficient our food safety regulatory control system.This article explained four control procedures of the EU food safety regulatory system,analyzed its basic structure and main contents of the relevant procedures,focused on the EU Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed.
