Abstract
The Guaiacol method was used to determine the peroxidase activity in the leaves of the male and female plants of Pistacia chinesis Bunge, and the PAGE technique was used to analyze the peroxidase isoenzyme in the leaves of the male and female plants. The results showed that the peroxidase isozymogram of the male and female plants' leaves had differences. The results showed that the male and female plants peroxide enzyme activity had differences in regular reducing to a stable value, and there existed significant differences between the male and female plants' peroxidase isozymogram and male plants had more peroxidase isozymogram than the female ones.Differences between zymogram can be used to identify male and female plants.
