Abstract
This paper discussed the concept,characteristics and application of industrial cluster.It also pointed out the importance of industrial cluster in economic development of the particular region.Though the definition of industrial cluster development principles,it put forward some effective measures for the development of industrial clusters,which has some guiding significance in practice.
