Test Study on Activation of Fly Ash

The appearance property and the rate of water needed of fly ash,and the fly ash cement mortar strength were studied when the raw fly ash and the activated fly ash were activated in machinery and chemistry process.The tests show that activation effect is distinct,and that activated fly ash cement mortar strength is more 10.7% than raw ash one in 3 days,more 15.5% than raw ash one in 28 days.The activated fly ash can be used as cement blend.
