Abstract
Objective:To acknowledge epidemiological characteristics and serotypes of viral hepatitis and provide basis for troop's precaution. Methods:Collecting the epidemic situation and related data, and sera of hospital cases from January 1995 to December 2000,using ELISA or RIA detect infected indexes and serotypes of various hepatitis types. Results:The year incident rates of troop's hepatitis changed from 0 65‰ to 1 06‰ in recent years. In hospital cases of acute viral hepatitis, hepatitis A occupied 46 24%;hepatitis B,33 33%;hepatitis C,3 22%;hepatitis E,1 08%;two type hepatitis co or superinfection occupied 2 15%,the cases that all detecting markers of hepatitis were negative occupied 13 98%,acute Jaundice hepatits occupied 50%.In 23 hospital cases of Chronic Viral hepatitis, hepatitis B occupied 73 19%.The acute hepatitis cases were mainly soldiers, and the chronic cases were mainly cadres. Conclusions:In precaution of troop's hepatitis, emphasis should be paid on hepatitis B,and in the same time, precaution measures to hepatitis A should be reinforced as well.
