Chinese Traditional Management Philosophy:Evolving Path

Abstract

Chinese traditional management philosophy originates from the traditional Confucian cultrue, so when we apply traditional management ideas and theory to practice, we should tap the soul of traditional management philosophy from the Confucian culture, create a new type of management philosophy advancing with the times by combining with modern concept of management. This paper emmploys new institutional economics' theory of path dependence to make some discussions on the creation and development of traditional management philosophy.
