Abstract
The paper discusses the relations between agricultural modernization and urbanization.Realizing agricultural modernization must depend on the process of urbanization.But at the same time,realizing agricultural modernization also can impel the process of urbanization.At present,the unharmonious development between rural and urban economy,between agriculture and modern industry or service sector,between farmers and citizens constitute the main obstructions of realizing agricultural modernization.Developing industrialization and large scale agriculture,using modern pattern to manage agricultural enterprises and strengthening the second and third industry to provide high quality service to agriculture are the important tasks in the process of urbanization.
