Abstract
The qualitative multi-objectives were quantified by the trapezoidal fuzzy number values.According to the concept of the Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),the ranking orders of cooperation partners was attained by their closeness coefficient distance from the Positive-ideal Solution(PIS).An example was presented to prove the simply and feasible of the proposed method at the end of this paper.
