Abstract
Objectives To discuss the etiological factors of chronic urticaria in Panzhihua Area,and its desensitization treatment efficacy.Methods 960 patents participated skin tests of inhalant allergen and food allergen,and 620 among them who were both positive were received specific(immune)desensitization treatment.Results In the group of inhalant allergen,high positive ratios were room dust,pollen,acarid,etc in order,while beet,mutton,sea fish,mango,and so on were in orde,in the group of food allergen,effective ratio of desensitization treatment was 76.3%.Conclusions efficacy of specific desensitization treatment was satisfying after etiological factors located and proper treatment.
