On the Reform of Capital System in China

With the approaching of knowledge economy and globalization,the reform of capital system is carried out in many countries.China has to be adapted to this worldwide trend,too; otherwise China will be left behind.However,adaptation does not mean following blindly,since there is no single model for legislation in different countries.Besides,the system of authorized capital cannot be applied to the situation and realities in China either from the perspective of legal-sociology or the rational choice of values and aims.So the right choice for the reform of capital system in our country will be to consult and absorb the advanced legal consciousness and ideology of other countries,and on this basis to perfect and improve our legal capital system.
