The Concept of Harmonious Society and the Revision of Criminal Procedural Law

While the concept of harmonious society is brought forward and carried forward,Criminal Procedural Law is being amended again.Guided by the concept of harmonious society,the amending need deal with the following relationships on the macroscopic and theortical level: the relationship between CPL and the other laws such as constitution,criminal law and civil law,which enhance the harmony between criminal procedure and other laws;the relationship between the procedures inside criminal procedure so as to enhance internal harmony;the balancing of the relationships among different criminal procedural subject to secure their rights and enhance right harmony;the accurate orientation of state procedural rights and the enhancement of the harmony between rights and power so as to better criminal procedure's function of settling contradictions and ehance social harmony.
