Abstract
Harmonic is an important performance coefficient which characterizes the power system’s supply quality. A harmonic detection technology based on LabVIEW virtual instrument development platform is presented in this paper, in which the operational principle and the system architecture of harmonic detection are described in detail, a detailed demonstration ofthe harmonic detection techniques via FFTand the correspondingimplementation method are made, and the realization of the signal storage and playback and the network communication function are respectively performed via data format ofdata logfile and byusingthe TCP/IP SDK in the LabVIEW. The simulation results showthat the scheme is feasible.
