Abstract
The optimal modification of cationic agent for cotton fabric was discussed and the dyeing effect of modified cotton fabric was evaluated. The results showed that the modified fabric dyed with reactive dyes without salt addition had better dye uptake and fixation effect compared with those of the convention salt addition dyed fabric, and had good dry crocking fastness and improved wet crocking fastness.Cotton fabric modified with cationic agent could be dyed with reactive dyes without salt addition.
