Abstract
Video monitor has beeen widely used in many fields,and this papcr introduces a implementalion of remote video monitoring system based embedded Linux and MCU ARM9.This system obtains the real-time video signal through Webcam,uses the video API of Linux to program and compiles to the application,transplant to the Linux of target board,capture the video signal,transmit the captured video signal through the embedded web server Boa,finishes the real-time remote monitoring by PC.
