Abstract
Objective:To observe relationship between ST segment change and corresponding coronary occlusion by way of coronary angiography of acute inferior myocardial infarction. Methods:Comparing and analyzing ST segment change and corresponding coronary angiography results in 60 patients with inferior myocardial infarction by coronary angiography. Results:Coronary angiographic results showed 24 cases with inferior myocardial infarction,10 cases with inferior and posterior myocardial infarction,16 cases with inferior and right ventricular myocardial infarction, and 10 cases with inferior and anterior wall myocardial infarction. From another aspect,20 cases with single branch lesion,24 cases with double-branch lesion, and 16 cases with triple-branch lesion were found, with 88.7% patients with stenosis of right coronary artery, and 11.2% patients with occlusion of left circumflex artery.ST segment elevated in result of IIIII,and ST segment depressed in AVLI.Through diagnosis, the rate of right coronary occlusion, sensitivity, and specificity are 96%,and 93.5% respectively. The rate of ST segment depression in lead V4 and V5 to ST segment elevation in lead II and III was higher than 0.5.The left circumflex artery were diagnosed to be in occlusion condition, with the sensitivity rate and specificity rate being 83.9%,and 79.3% respectively.ST segment elevated in result of AVLI,and ST segment depressed in IIIII,which implicated that the left circumflex artery was in occlusion condition with the sensitivity rate and specificity rate being 50%,and 76% respectively. Conclusion:Coronary angiographic results showed that right coronary arteries were in occlusion condition and electrocardiographic analysis indicated that ST segment elevated in result of IIIII,and ST segment depressed in AVLI.Coronary angiographic results also showed that left circumflex arteries were in occlusion condition and electrocardiographic analysis indicated that the rate of ST segment depression in lead V4 and V5 to ST segment elevation in lead II and III is 0.5.ST segment elevated with the result of AVLI,and ST segment depressed in IIIII.
