Abstract

This paper discusses on the present situation of and existing problems in the co-construction and sharing of the information resources under Network Environment, puts forward some methods and suggestions of strengthening the co-construction and sharing of the information resources, and points out that the target of the co-construction of the information resources is the sharing, and the target of the sharing is the utilization.
