The Difficulty the Civilian-run Colleges and Universities of our Country Face and the Way to Handle it

The civilian-run higher education is now vigorously developing, but there exist difficulties and questions in it. Mainly they are : the incomplete laws and rules that result in policy obstructs and disorders of competition. In order to solve these, it is necessary for colleges and universities to strengthen their internal construction, enhance their teaching quality, and for the state to speeds up law-making and for the government to help them with corresponding policy and capital.
