Abstract

Intellectual economy occupies the leading position in the times of the 21th century.The essence of intellectual economy is to bring forth new ideas constantly. For the purpose of developing national economy of our country, it is necessary to bring forth new ideas in the education. At the same time, a lot of highly qualified personnel who can blaze new trials should be trained and brought up.
