On Forms of Democracy and “Registered Ballot”

Abstract

The fact that the people are their own masters is shown by democracy.Voting is the embodiment of democratic centralism,direct and indirect democracy,consultative democracy and self-governing.Voting includes secret ballot and public ballot.Voting is gradually passing from public to secret.But those rights that can be quantified can be voted by using registered ballot.An economic democratic system is established in Fushan Industrial Cooperation of Qingdao City.
