Abstract
Effeet of an 8 years experiment with different kinds of fertilizer application treatments on organic-mineral complex and humus united pattern was conducted. The results showed that under long-term no fertilization the content of soil organic matter, heavy humus, complex amount of native soil, loose and tight humus decreased. The same tendency showed with long-term application of chemical NPK fertilizer alone. Under long-term organic manure together with constant NPK fertilizer, soil organic matter, heavy humus, complex amount of native soil and loose, stable and tight humus increased significantly , and also the proportion of loose united humus to heavy humus and the ratio of loose to tight united humus increase. The organic-inorganic complex and humus united pattern were important indices of soil fertility.
