Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the sources of competitive advantage of enterprise,and according to the concept of generalized resources,this paper studies the mechanism of sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises.It concludes that competitive advantage of enterprises is in fact a process of amelioration of the resource condition of enterprises,and the key factor in the making of the sustainable competitive advantage is innovation,that is the resource condition of enterprises is ameliorated unceasingly.competitive advantage;enterprise management;enterprise resource
