Abstract
Afer introducing basic concepts of virtual enterprises, this paper analyzes the difference in enterprise'
s organization forms and management tactics between virtual enterprises and traditional enterprises, and expounds
the management mode of virtual enterprises, which helps people to understand the essence of virtual enterprises
and the issues of management, and offers a new idea for enterprises in China to reorganize.
