In this paper, by using the adjusting theory for exchange rate and according to the domestic and foreign economic situations, the author analyses the conditions that are needed to bring in the main positive effects by currency depreciation on market pricing, import and export as well as the total social demand and industrial structure. The author also points out in the paper that it is quite impractical to depreciate Renminbi under the current economic situation, because the stable rise of Renminbi has its strong economic foundation.
