Abstract
The CFD method was adopted to simulate 3D flow field of the stirred tank which boasting of double straight-oblique blades and triangular baffle and rectangular hollow baffle; in the simulation, both multiple reference frame and standard k-e turbulent model were employed. Comparing and analyzing their axial plane velocity field and averaged velocity distribution can provide the reference for both design and application of the stirred tank.
