Abstract
In view of the situation of soil and water loss in highway construction, the contents and principles of the ecological restoration with soil and water conservation were discussed. The technique and its environmental effects of the ecological restoration with soil and water conservation at home and abroad were also reviewed. This will contribute to the ecological construction of soil and water conservation in highway construction.
