People feel ashamed to mention Lu Buwei and his Lu's Commentaries of History dueto the record of Historical Records and thousands of years of prejudices held by the people at large.In fact,LuBuwei was a great statesman with the ambition of establishing the state with thesovereignty of monarchy and the unification of the country through bene volent righteousness.Lu's Commentaries of History sets rationalityas its standard with all schools of thought combined by integrating the monumental works by various schools,and is considered a perfect work to round upfor the movement of the contention of a hundred schools of thought prior to the Qin dynasty.
