Abstract
Researching on hydrological process of urban pavement runoff and variation characteristics of pollutants can provide the basis for effectively utilizing urban rainfall and controlling non-point source pollution.The hydrology and water quality process of 3 rainfall events on urban pavement in Xinxiang city,2010 is taken sample by using pollutant analysis method.The test results show that the runoff coefficient of pavement is in the range of 0.78 and 0.82;the shape of runoff curve is similar to the rainfall process with small fluctuation;the runoff pollution is serious in the early period,and in the later period the concentration of COD and SS are below 203 mg/L and 458 mg/L,respectively;the standard deviation rate of water quality indicator ranks in the order of SS,COD,DO,pH,which is consistent with the directivity of indicator concentration variation;COD has a high correlation with SS;the correlation between DO and pollutants is small.
