Abstract

The history of the wind profiler radar,the basic principle of LAP-3000 wind profiler radar in Shenzhen,its data storage format and the display mode of its products are introduced.The responses of several typical wind fields on the wind profiler are present.Additionally an analysis of a cold air invading case is demonstrated.
