Abstract

Founded on the analysis of Marx's theory of the system of ownership,this paper brings forth the criterion to evaluate the innovation of the ownership,and considers the new understanding of socialism and socialism with chinese charateristics as the prerequisite to the evaluation.There is the supposition of the state-owned enterprise reform to thoroughly change the system of the state ownership in the realization of its compatibility with the market economy by depending on the innovated theory of the system of the ownership.
