RESEARCH PROGRESS OF SCREENING METHODOF CERVICAL INTRAEPITHELIAL NEOPLASIA

Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers of women,it will take about 10 years from precancerous lesion to cancer,early detection of precancerous lesion is significant for prevention and cure of cervical cancer.At present,the methods of screening precancerous lesions of cervical cancer mainly include thin prep liquid based cytology test,HPV-DNA test,colposcopy examination,histopathology examination,etc.This article summarized the screening methods of precancerous lesions of cervical cancer,seek the most effective and rational screening methods of cervical cancer,improve the accuracy of diagnosis,so as to decrease the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer.
