Abstract

Legislation consultation system is an important part of socialist deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics as well as a form of functions of CPPCC such as political consultation,democratic supervision and participation in state affairs. This system is of important significance,which contributes to development of the deliberative democracy and institutional expression of increasingly complex and diverse interest demands on a more sufficient and reasonable basis.
