Practice and Exploration of Psychological Health Education on College Students

Abstract

To further strengthen psychological health education on students and enhance college students' psychological health level,by combining practical trial and theoretical exploration,and starting with the practical situation of college students' psychological health education,the study discusses the effective approaches of this education: constructing the network of psychological health education for college students from different aspects;strengthening the psychological consulting work;and establishing psychological profiles.
