Abstract
Bankruptcy property is also referred to as bankruptcy financial group,it is the object of the relations of bankruptcy and liquidation.Beginning with the concept and feature of bankruptcy property,as well as the legislative patterns,this paper analyses the problem in related stipulation as well as practice in our country,so as to define correctly the scope of bankruptcy property,protect the interests of related parties and maintain healthy market order.
