Abstract

To study the effect of collagen oligopeptid on cell proliferation and synthesis of hyaluronic acid in cultured human skin fibroblast cell,and the effect of collagen oligopeptid on type Ⅰ collagen secretion of mouse skin.Proliferation viability was detected by WST-8 assay.ELISA was used to detect the secretion of hyaluronic acid of cultured human skin fibroblast.Collagen oligopeptid were given to mice and D-galactosewere injected into mice for six weeks.Then,determine the type Ⅰ collagen secretion of mouse skin.The results of the experiment showed that the collagen oligopeptidcould stimulate the human skin fibroblast proliferation(p0.01),and increase the hyaluronic acid and typeⅠcollagen secretion(p0.05).Collagen oligopeptid from tilapia fish scale could stimulate human skin fibroblast proliferation,and meanwhile increase typeⅠ collagen and hyaluronic acid secretion.
