Abstract
In this paper, a new type predistortion RF power amplifier using balance distortion circuit is introduced. The power amplifier is characterized by simple construction, good linearity and stable performance, benefiting by the predistortion circuit of temperature stability, low noise and good linear characteristic. The construction and principle of the amplifier are given, and the linearity performance of the amplifier is analyzed. A computer emulated result is also provided. The results show that the amplifier posses good performances in linearity.
