Abstract
With the establishment and improvement of socialist market economic system, the situation of medical college graduates employment has changed a lot. When some particularly new modes of employment come into being and develop, graduates employment becomes more and more difficult. This paper makes an analysis of the problems and causes in the graduates employment, and proposes some countermeasures for medical graduates.
