Abstract
In order to reveal the influence of soil microbial and soil organic acids on soil respiration, soil respiration rate and soil microbial and organic acids were measured. The results showed that the order of soil respiration rate of various vegetations was as following: broad-leaved oak vegetation birch vegetation deciduous broad-leaved vegetationpoplar vegetationLarix chinensi vegetationAbies chensiensis vegetationalpine meadow. With the enhancement of altitude, the amount of soil fungi increased, and the amount of bacteria and actinomycetes showed a single peak trend.Bacteria and actinomycetes can explain 54.2% and 70.57% percent of variation in soil respiration rate respectively.Oxalic acid and citric acid presided over low molecular weight soil organic acid.Oxalic acid and citric acid were both significantly positively correlated with bacterial and actinomycetes respectively.Oxalic acid, citric acid, bacteria and actinomycetes were all significantly positively correlated with soil respiration rate respectively.
