Abstract
The structure transformation and dispersion of Al_2O_3-CeO_2-ZrO_2-Ni system in different high-energy ball milling process were investigated by XRD and SEM.The results show that when Al2O3,CeO2,ZrO2 and Ni were milled together,mechanical alloying did not occurred.Al2O3,CeO2,ZrO2 grains were refined with ball milling time.But Ni grains remained coarse and distributed heterogenously.While,CeO2-ZrO2 solid solution could be formed changed milling procese,in which CeO2,ZrO2,Ni were milled together for 30 hours first,then Al2O3 was added to them and milled further for 30 hours.After this process Ni particles were refined obviously with improved dispersion.
