The crime is an act that damage the socialist society relationship which protected by criminal law,with serious social harm.In today's society in transition,the crime rate shows a rising trend.The reason why criminals commit the crime is that they are driven by various interests.From view of economic,crime is a social activity,criminals will certainly analyze the activities from the cost to the benefit to determine whether to commit the crime.
