Abstract
Agriculture, countryside and farmer problems have become the key limitation to our country' s further development. There are so many measures on resolving these problems, such as rearranging agricultural construction, agriculture industrialization, agricultural product price rising, developing town and township enterprise, lightening farmer load, increasing agriculture subsidy, adding agricultural investment in research, and speeding urbanization and so on.But none can resolve the problems thoroughly.
