Whether the nature of Corporation Law is compulsive of not is an important question needed to be discussed.Someone thinks it mandatory,someone thinks it optional,and others think it comprehensive.With the comparison between it and incorporation (i.e.corporation autonomy),this paper,through a case,considers it comprehensive.
