Abstract

Italy is the origin of opera and the history of opera can be called the history of music there. The first opera was produced by Bardi and Renuccini in 1600, The art of Italian opera reached its peak through improvement by the new generation named Mon-teverdi?Scrlatti?Rossini?Verdi?Pucin and it gives far reaching influence to the art of music in Europe.
