OBSERVING THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF LAMIVUDINE TREATMENT IN 32 CASES OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS B

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lamivudine treatment in chronic hepatitis B. Methods:32 cases of chronic hepatitis B were abserved in taking Lamivudine orally 150～75mg per day one year or more.Result: After one year's treatment,the response rate of HBeAg was 45%,HBV DNA response rate was 89%,and the ALT normalization rate was 87%. Conclusion: The effect of Lamivudine on in chronic hepatitis B is fairly good.
