Abstract

This paper discusses the way for construction enterprise to strengthen contract management from considering various influences in bidding stage,rational setting of contract cost in implementation stage,selection of contract adjustment methods,perfection of contract clauses,and overall implementation of contract,in order to ensure economic and social benefits of construction project.
