Abstract
Consumers' right to know has surpassed the range of civil rights.Simultaneously,consumers' right to know can be ascribed to existence right of human rights and should have other right property.Consumers' right to know belongs to right of economic law.We should use this new viewpoint to re-examine consumers' right to know and establish some related legal system.It can also protect consumers' rights better as well as promote realizing legislation purpose.
