Abstract
The new excavated matevial provides a new evidence for our study of the prime minister of Qin Dynasty. By analyzing the new material,we can find that there are three prime ministers in Qin Dynasty. Based on the study,we think one sentence in The Biography of Qin Shinhuang of History Records should mean thatan order asks prime minister,Chang Ping and Chang Wen to lead troops to attack Lao Ai after it is punctuated.
