Abstract

[Objective] The purpose was to comprehensively analyze the correlation between transplanting date, planting density, fertilizer levels and flue-cured tobacco leaves flavor.[Method] The flue-cured tobacco transplanting date(April 25,April 30 and May 5),planting density(120 cm×40 cm,120 cm×50 cm,120 cm×60 cm) and fertilizer levels(45,90,135 kg/hm2) were explored and studied in tobacco planting area, combining with the analysis of flue-cured tobacco plants' agronomic traits and disease resistance, the appearance quality of the raw flue-cured tobacco, economic efficiency indicators of flue-cured tobacco intrinsic chemical composition, yield and value.[Result] The results showed that different transplanting date, planting density and fertilizer levels had very significant effects on growth, development, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.Transplanting at April 25th-30th got flue-cured tobacco with high yield and good quality, especially transplanting at April 25th.The conditions of planting density 120 cm×60 cm and fertilizer level 135 kg/hm2 was better suitable for flue-cured tobacco production in tobacco planting area.[Conclusion] The study provides a better production technology program and theoretical support.
