Abstract
The paper analyzes the factors which affects the development of the governance models for the state-owned assets operating organizations;then compares and elaborates the typical governance models of the state-owned assets operating organizations,and generalizes and summarizes the characteristics of the corporate governance of those state-owned assets operating organizations;and finally,proposes several measures to develop and improve the corporate governance models for Chinese state-owned assets operating organization.
