Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the characterized of hypoxanthine-building mouse model hyperuricemia, and provide a reliable model for future studies of drug resistance hyperuricemia.METHODS Use hypoxanthine i.p,the precursor of uric acid to build the mice model of hyperuricemia and the time dependent manner of the impact is studied too.Use the Automatic biochemical analyzer to test the serum uric acid levels.RESULTS The ip hypoxanthine hyperuricemia model can be replicated, especially for the ip 45min after the peak of serum uric acid level modeling.CONCLUSION The hyperuricemia in an animal model can be easily replicated successfully by the direct injection of uric acid precursors generated, which can be further applied for the experimental study of the tested drugs.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
