Abstract
With the study of the relation between school physical education and lifelong physical training, the author points out in this article that school physical education should establish the basis of students' lifelong physical training. Based on the a-nalysis of the present P. E. situation and the existing problems, the article correspondingly puts forward some countermeas-ures.
